Download the OnTheList App on Apple Store or Google Play, and sign in. From the day you sign in on the APP, any purchase you do online or in- store will enable you to collect points. Visit the Loyalty section of your OnTheList APP to know how many points you have. As a Standard Member, every HKD10 spent grants you 2 points. As a Premium Member, HKD10 spent will grant you 4 points, and as a VIP Member, 6 points!
Once you are in the LOYALTY section (in the bottom bar), click the menu icon in the top left corner and visit the REWARDS section to see the different ways to redeem your points.
They won’t. The Rewards have their own validity period and the validity countdown starts from the day you redeem them. If your points expire in 3 days, and you redeem them today for a HK$50 Coupon valid for 30 days, this Coupon will expire 30 days from the date of redemption. Make sure to make the most out of your points before they expire. To cancel your auto subscription via the OnTheList App, you can simply: . Click on Loyalty tab (in the bottom bar), . Click Manage My Subscription just under your Name card, . And select Unsubscribe. The auto-renewal will be canceled, and your Premium or VIP Membership will end on the last day of your subscription.
Premium Membership benefits, including early access, are available exclusively to the membership holders. However, if you have enough points, you can redeem them for a 1-day Premium Pass for a Friend & Family member. Go visit the LOYALTY page and then click REWARDS to see if you have enough points.
